"We had an excellent experience here. We arrived at noon, when the chief was just opening. He greeted us and nicely pointed us to a table. We ordered a T-Bone steak and a Magret de Canard , and after a while we were surprised with a bottle of cold water and some kind of delicious olive sauce with bread toasts, which for us was a surprise since we are not used to this kind of treatment. The food was a.m.a.z.i.n.g. Its the details what really stand out, and the nice treatment. 100% recommended"

A l'écart du centre de Salon (mais proche, 10 mn à pied), table agréable (confort, service, cadre) et cuisine maison originale, celle du Champsaur (Hautes-Alpes).

Prix honnête, qualité des plats et plats que n'ai jamais mangé au paravant, de plus excellents. le tout sous une terrasse ombragée très agréable, et accueilli par une patronne charmante.

I love when you fall upon restaurants like this in France with excellent quality food, friendly service and the best menu pour les enfants! Our 2 sons aged 8 10, had 3 course meal, charcuterie, then lasagne, then chocolat fondant, all delicious for only €10. Felicitations et merci bien! A la prochaine!

Que ce soit pour le déjeuner du midi avec les collègue, le soir entre amis ou un repas en famille le weekend, on est toujours accueillis avec le sourire et la bonne humeur.Une cuisine tout simplement délicieuse, et servie avec le sourire évidement!Une adresse à retenir, et à laquelle on revient même en habitant un peu loin.

I loved the friendliness of the service, precise responses to one's questions, the quality of the products and the beauty and generosity of the plates. Last but not least, a nice choice of organic wines (I was driving and had only one glass, but it was very good and not pricy). Overall, a lovely dinner experience and excellent quality/price ratio! Highly recommended.

Je viens régulièrement à l'Estive et le plaisir est toujours au rendez-vous. La carte propose des plats succulents (dont rizotto) et le menu est également très attractif pour découvrir les plats du champsaur (oreilles d'âne). On peut aussi partager à plusieurs une assiette délicieuse de tourtons servie avec du miel et de la confiture. Le décor est soigné, le service est réalisé avec écoute et sourire. bref, une valeur sûre.

Mon conjoint s'y était déjà rendu pour déjeuner quelques fois et avait bien aimé du coup on a décidé d'y aller dîner entre amis. Le personnel est très sympathiques et commerçants, les plats sont bons, les prix sont raisonnables. Le seul point négatif est l'attente mais peut-être était-ce exceptionnel ce soir là ? En tout cas nous y retournerons cet hiver car j'ai cru comprendre qu'on pouvait y déguster des raclettes/fondues :).
