As a family we have dined here for 25 years plus. The food and atmosphere is second to none. Very friendly and hospital hosts. Serge and his wife consistently provide very tasty food at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

It is not easy to find this restaurant, but this does not stop it being one of the most popular destinations for those I the know. Don't expect a menu, or any choice. Instead prepare for a feast of good, hearty, plentiful food. Everything is home made and looks and tastes fantastic. It is the sort of place that you read about in books and magazines: great food, good value in an authentic old fashioned dining room. Local wine is included. Fussy eaters and the unadventurous should avoid it, for the rest of us it is a rare treat. Do remember to book, casual arrivals are often turned away.

The typically unpretentious French village family restaurant; Madame in the kitchen and Monsieur in the restaurant. Alas, a disappearing breed of excellent small restaurants offering great food and a laid-back ambiance. The patron will insist that you eat up all the food that Madame has gone to all the trouble of preparing (all fresh, all local, no frozen),so go expecting to eat your fill!
