"You won’t find light or innovative cuisine here, but what they do, they do well. When we arrived on a Sunday we found it full of families enjoying a long Sunday lunch. We started with traditional appetizers like vitello tonnato (thinly sliced veal in a mayo/tuna sauce), cheese, and peppers in an anchovy sauce (regional speciality). We shared a delicious plate of thin, flat pasta (tagliatelle) in a rabbit ragù. Then we finished the meal with a plate of roasted pork which was carved table-side from an enormous hock. This meal for 2 people plus a 8 Euro half bottle of wine and a dessert (which I can’t remember enough about to describe) was 80 Euro."

"I was there a couple of times, during the first I ate some cut that I would define on average good, the second time I got a black burger angus simply space! the meat goto, freshness and cooking were simply perfect. recommended restaurant. "Seconda visita....confermo le materie prime ottime, ma si ferma qui. Cena del mio compleanno, arrivano le pizze e due erano carbonizzate. Partendo dal presupposto che una pizza del genere non ritengo debba neanche arrivare al tavolo....dopo discussione vanno a rifarcele (con scena del penso titolare che si arrabbia e sbatte le pizze nel bidone). Tornano indietro 2 pizze di cui una completamente cruda, immangiabile. Sembrava di addentare un cubetto di lievito. In generale tutte le pizze non erano buone, l 'impasto aveva qualcosa che non andava, infatti sono state avanzate da tutti. La ragazza chiede se volevamo portare a casa gli avanzi (più volte) e al farle notate che non fossero mangiabili propone di rifare una 3° volta la pizza, abbiamo rifiutato. Nel conto sono stati tolti se non ricordo male solo i 2 caffè (potevano almeno togliere la pizza immangiabile). Mi spiace molto vista la prima cena ma onestamente non ci tornerò più. Prima visita: Pizza buona (ho assaggiato quella sotto sopra classica). Anche se ricorda più una focaccia l 'ho trovata molto buona. Impasto e materie prime ottime. Personale gentile e locale molto carino, pulito e accogliente. Sicuramente tornerò per provare anche altri piatti. Consigliato!"

Prima di tutto, più importante e sempre più raro, personale competente e molto gentile allo stesso tempo, ma soprattutto con tanto desiderio di far sentire il cliente bene. lo stesso personale riflette il locale, semplice, sereno, ma con carattere ed eleganza, senza pompare, ma con sentimento. L'atmosfera del bistrot parigino più che dalla locanda, ma sono un po' uguali. ottima materia prima, posizione storica. locanda di lusso con i prezzi della locanda, un sogno per il viaggiatore. Questo è l'esempio per coloro che semplicemente vogliono fare bene, non hanno bisogno di attacchi di cuore se si può fare il lavoro. valore aggiunto la cordialità del proprietario, del musicista errante, e della selezione dei vini.
