I had a nice dinner here in lagu. the udon katsu curry was fantastic and the local cafe style culture made our dinner relaxed and low key. will definitely be my friends here again in the future Speisekarte ansehen

Quiet little place serving simple but quality Japanese dishes. Especially love the karaage huge tender pieces bursting with flavours, no thick deceiving layers of batter. They unfortunately ran out of sashimi which was a shame though!

Booked a table for and arrived to find the restaurant closed. It said on this website and Lagu Facebook page that the restaurant was open. Nobody bothered to contact us to tell us otherwise. A complete disappointment and wasted trip from the other side of London. No joke with a child at lunch time!

The food is absolutely delicious here! I have the Donburi bowls regularly the combinations of flavour are so good. : This place is so much more than the typical sushi restaurants in the area.. . Such an authentic restaurant with Japanese atmosphere from the door. The menu is very yummy looking and there's vegetarian option as well. Always fresh, always something new and only with the best products never had it wrong. Nice art on the walls and a bookshelf to introduce or support your lunch thematic. Never overcrowded which makes it be high level quality.

oh my god, it's like a whole different world in the inner. so peaceful and quiet, I feel like having a vacation with not one care in the world. time seems to slow down and they can really enjoy eating is irritating and honest, I am a little upset that they stopped the lunch when I was going back recently, but the curry is still great. a great lunch experience. great for all occasions!

Read a few very positive instagram posts about Lagu and I have a very high expectation and look forward the visit, indeed, Lagu didn't disappoint me, I ordered the teriyaki karaage don, the deep-fried chicken (Japanese karaage) mixed with teriyaki sauce and with Japanese mayo on top. For me it's a bit salty as they have marinated the chicken so well, with extra teriyaki sauce made it a bit over-seasoned, don't get me wrong, I loved it My husband ordered the chicken combo curry, which has chicken karaage and Japanese curry, with soft boiled egg on top, my husband also very satisfied with his choice, I tried the original chicken karaage and it was very tasty, it was the best karaage I have tri...
