Home cooked, and you know it's good when you've just had a superb steak and you see someone's Cassoulet and immediately have food envy. Already booked for a week's time. Update. Went back on our final night for the Royal Cassoulet. OMFG, sorry for the profanity, it was amazing. Move over Castelnaudary, the good stuff is in Montreal.
