"Habitués de cet établissement, nous n’étions pas revenu depuis 1 an. Mais que s’est-il passé pour que cela change à ce point en 1 an? Si les plats sont toujours aussi bon, quoi que légèrement plus gras (sawadee ruammit , l’accueil est le service sont devenu catastrophique!!! Un accueil plus que froid (bien que table réservée et nous devenons un Nº de table!!!! Le personnel très peu souriant, froid comme l’accueil fait. Une qualité de ménage, au premier étage qui laisse plus que désiré (toiles de poussière sur les plantes, gras et poussières sur les statues, têtes de « bouddha », plantes pourries sur les murs végétaux, table poisseuse… qui laisse planer une hygiène douteuse. Des odeurs de cuisine qui montent (odeur de poissons, de fritures… . Et pour payer, toujours ce Nº de table où en plus on nous facture des plats commandés en supplément….jamais servi (et pourtant réclamer à maintes reprises au personnel de salle! Déçus, extrêmement déçus pour ce restaurant type gastronomique asiatique et qui affiche toujours sur son site : « un régale, une bonne ambiance, une équipe professionnelle et sympathique ». Et bien cela a bien changé. Pour nous un restaurant où l’on paie une certaine somme est un ensemble et non uniquement la qualité des plats proposés. Revenez à ce que vous étiez. Sympa, cool, conviviale et accueillant!"

"Arrived at 7pm we did book as read previous reviews seems a must or you'll miss out. Thank god we did not one spare seat in the place after 8:30pm. Menu is written in French , being Australian my French not too fluent so we slowly worked our way through deciphering best we could. We went for 31€ menu. Waiter was a fantastic help did his best to get our order in with minimal English but we could understand basics. All courses ordered were truly the best choices. Entree -scallops just divine , smoked salmon and snails weren't bad either. Cabernet sauce with snails quiet rich serve was bigger than expected. Mains we had Angus beef it was stunning along with the fish dish , catfish in a Berre sauce and steamed veg. We had no room left for desert 2 courses was just enough. Service was outstanding with 2 waiters running a full restaurant this included the owner , chef Florent Martin himself personally taking orders and serving food such a nice touch to see. Would totally recommend Au Martin Bleu it's a great restaurant , Michelin star totally deserved you won't be disappointed!!"

"After ordering the dish of the day "scratch of place grilled zucchini and purée of sweet potatoes", I saw myself serving a net of place almost cold, accompanied by zucchini (excellent) and.... of almost cold pasta! I told the waiter that the sweet potato had turned into pasta, but he didn't even raise it! after any sweet potatoes or pasta, little was bothering me, so that's not what makes my note but rather the fact that I had eaten almost cold. When in service it was very long...In short, I am disappointed with this meal. But my mom took a dish of mushroom pasta and she liked it."

"Is it possible to put more than 5 stars????? I don’t have the words so much everything was wonderful! Tea, meals, music, decoration but above all the owners!!! I just went back to Japan I sat at the table!!!!! We will go back and one thing is sure: we will bring all our family and friends back!!!! Thank you so much!!!! I don't eat raw fish unlike my spouse (who loved so much but the breaded pig was DELICIEUX!!!!!!!!!"

"tonight particularly disappointed compared to the other times. The pleasant welcome, however, when the boss isn't there the waitresses make their lives...We've changed formula compared to usual. The wait was long enough to order, we took a bottle of sparkling water, the waitress started serving the gentleman while the galantry presents the opposite. The entrance to the peanut salad, was banal the goat was soaked in an unidentified violet substance just a cut egg in 2, a cherry tomato cut in 2, 2 pieces of rillons and 2 doughnuts of black mud. The fish dish was better. Great dessert. Between two dishes, the cocktail waitress did not bother to serve at least a cocktail based on syrup and Smirnoff. The waitresses were not careful compared to the habit when the boss is present. This opinion is negative unfortunately, it would have been another time with the presence of officials, the opinion would have been better I am certain. I remain available to baccara officials for more comments."
