"Il est bien difficile de trouver des restaurants qui proposent ne serait-ce qu'un seul plat végé au Puy-en-Velay. Nous étions alors très contents lorsqu'on est passés devant cette adresse. La rareté mais aussi la qualité des plats fait probablement leur succès car la plupart des tables étaient réservées quand on y est allés. Mais il est toujours possible de commander à emporter si vous n'avez vraiment pas de chance. Nous on a quand-même pu manger sur place mais à l'intérieur. A la carte il y a toujours une option vegan et une option végé. A l'arrivée du plat on s'était dit que ça semblait peu en termes de quantité, mais au final c'était très copieux, mais également très bon ! Le dessert était peut être un chouilla petit, mais très très bon également. Je recommande ! En plus, les coussins étaient très confortables !"

"travel in the French Auvergne region, we decided to visit an amazing cathedrale on a volcanic rocks in a city called le puy en velay. we don't know what this little town really is. I have contact with beaux thés du monde after they found their restaurant on the internet. they do easily vegetarian eating, but vegan is insured if they can give them 24 hours advanced announcement. by email what I did. trust me, it is worth a few minutes to do this. they speak English enough when that is their language to understand and describe them. I was rewarded among other things, an amazing velouté of squash soup and a tiny pumpkin filled w what I discovered were the specificities of the region: cepes fragrant mushrooms and green French lenses. so delicious. they had also prepared a dessert for me, but I had no room to eat it! I had a few minutes to chat with the owners and thank them. when I looked at the sign in the restaurant, I realized that the name of the restaurant is a “jeu de mot” or plays on words. the name of the restaurant means both beautiful tees of the world and beauty of the world. discovering this jewel of a small caffe was just the...beautiful in this world updated by the previous review on 2018 11 05"
