There were many, many hot and cold dishes including sushi, salads, spring rolls, nems, spare ribs, tempura shrimp and vegetables, fried calamakri, 3 types of dumplings and at least a half dozen hot dishes including lacquer duck, chicken in a spicy Thai sauce, three different beef dishes, and I frankly forgot the rest. There also is a do-it-yourself wok station where you select the raw chicken or beef or vegetables (or any combination of all three) and hand your plate to a chef who stir fries them with your choice of sauce.
