Then the quality of the ingredients were not at the rendezvous, the tiger beef that weeps was just slices of stirring beef without seasoning, the ribs contained very few meats and especially of the bone, and the gluing rice was hard and much too glued, we had to tear it with the hands as it was impossible to use with chopsticks or a fork."
