"Great view but very understaffed, the poor chefs were working so hard while staff on their day off kept pushing in a cue already 40min long to order to get beers. Very unprofessional . Only one girl taking orders, she was calm but overwhelmed. No help in back of house for clearing tables or serving and then another 30min wait for food that was cold on arrival, chips were mostly black and the steak hache was not seasoned. I dont put this blame on the chefs in full but the managements decision to massively understaff a busy restaurant. We ate it as we were very hungry but again another example of Maison Bouvier clear business model of profit over everything, no care for customers and the only reason they get away with it because of the views. Otherwise many more would complain. Whole company needs a drastic change of management for summer."

beautiful but very disappointed with the dishes! frankly it's very expensive, beef with potato purée. I'm doing the same thing at home! the price is not at all justified

We tested the snack outside in summer, the restaurant being open in winter. To eat well and simply with a breathtaking view it's perfect. Price a little high but for a snack at 3000m, it gets worse. Speisekarte ansehen

a self with more waiting time before using. correct prices, nice portions. The staff is nice and helpful. beautiful terrace. some problems: no water proposed (only for purchase) , trays rarely served, toilet paperless.

We had lunch (self side) the dishes were of good quality, cheaper but much better than in the other altitude restaurants tested this week. the only flat is the noise when the skiers cross by mass, descending from the funicular.

Speisekarte ansehen

very pleasant welcome, we have enjoyed ourselves. very succulent dishes. just to recount on the lack of tenure of the chef in the kitchen who must have forgotten that the space is open on the restaurant room. eat with his fingers, scratch between the teeth and serve on the plates all this with the same hand without washing them and towel in the muzzle. do not forget that you have a starred restaurant!!!

What a view ! From the terrace of the Panoramic, which lives up to its name, we were able to admire the peaks of the Alps and the Grande Motte glacier. The terrace is very pleasant in summer and offers many places in the shade and others on deckchairs in the sun. The service is fast and the staff is pleasant. Prices are obviously a little higher than in town, which is understandable at 3032m altitude. To get there, simply take the Perce-Neige funicular from Val Claret. We were able to taste the blueberry pie, the hot chocolate and the cookie: everything was good.

"Had a reservation here for new years eve. The restaurant has a modern interior, with a lot pf qiirky art on the walls. The restaurant was running a double service, but clearly did not have the staff to manage this. While the staff was friendly...and trying their best to manage, it was not a success. We arrived at the time of our reservation 2130), but had to wait 20 minutes for our table as the previous service was overrunning. Subsequently another 20 minutes afterwards to get anyones attention to order a drink. The food was a set menu, which came at a reasonably steep price €80), and had some hit and misses. The first course consisted of crab in jelly, with a fennel mousse. None of our group were particularly impressed, and most other tables neither. Personally I had three bites and left the rest after one fellow diner remarked it looked a bit too much like Whiskas, I lost my appetite. The second course however was stunning Coquilles st Jaques with Herring Caviar. Fabulous dish. The main couse was pidgeon a local specialty. It was well prepared, the cuisson was good and flavour too. The dessert had the potential to be interesting granita ice of violettes, with a chocolate cream. The tastes of both elements was good, but unfortunately the texture of the shaved ice, and chocolate cream did not mix well at all. Overall a somewhat disappointing experience, after having read the raving reviews on tripadvisor. We might come back on a quieter day to try the a la carte menu."
