"Hotel super well placed in the old center so super convenient for the Christmas markets of colmar. parking nearby, count 20€ per 24h. the hotel has 8 seats so think to call to book one, and well in advance. Smiling reception, friendly service, nothing to say about the staff in small care for their customers. room side, spacious decoration, clean but minimalist, it is a shame. bed linen, high, large bed very comfortable. small dish on small pillows, personally I prefer a little bigger and firm. They're double duvets, German, practical! Breakfast, very good and good, it is necessary, even if for a 4-star one can expect a buffet and not be limited to a leaf. But it's pretty good, so nothing to say. for children, it is free to learn about the age limit."

very good hotel in downtown. very welcoming and friendly staff. We had a very good stay. swimming pool and sauna.

friendly welcome, clean hotel. Good location. the pool is nice, the water has a very good temperature, sauna super on the other hand the hamman was out of service damage. no parking at the hotel. there is a parking lot under paid field called rapp nearby. leaving the car all night we paid.

this little lodge is at the top the welcome is really nice to the little care for its customers we have done a weekend in love they we made a little deco with petals sign with bath linens plus a bottle of pink champagne that I asked for for every night the girls sounds terribly welcoming the hotel is just perfect with a relaxing corner swimming pool sauna fountain ice cream thanks to all the rapp team Speisekarte ansehen

very good reception, charming and very nice staff. A package of Alsatian cakes and chocolate nicolas as a welcome gift, it is very pleasant. the room and comfortable, the excellent bedding. relaxation area in the basement, sauna, steam room and pool. The water is too cold for me. At the level of meals, there are very good dishes and others much less good. desserts are very medium. the location is royal, mn from downtown.

superb hotel, ideally located to enjoy Christmas markets. The host staff was super nice, nothing to say. breakfast served in room always on time, a lot of choice. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, covid forced. Very well, a little dated in decor but clean, comfortable bedding, space enough to spend a few days without feeling straitened. the big ones the underfloor and its pool, its sauna etc. absolutely awesome. I'll go back for my next visit to Alsace.
