The fixed price offerings were adequate and the food prepared in a regional manner was delicious. The house wine was extraordinary.

Average wine, bog-standard menu, extremely slow service. It has an interesting location and I guess thats what Carcassonne thrives on.

Very relaxed setting for lunch / early meal or a drink. The food is uncomplicated but made from good ingredients and well prepared. I would go back there any time Speisekarte ansehen

In the adults menu, the starter salad was big. In children's menu, the pasta was rather small but tasty. Waitress was very kind. Good touristic meal, not 'haute cuisine' but nice.

The €17 deal was pretty good. Each course was fair to good and the full price (before tip) and including a reasonable bottle of red wine came in at €48. You get what you pay for. Not disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. Don't know where to start. Appalling service, food tasted good but tiny portions and really even if the food had been Michelin stared (which it wasn't) the appalling welcome and service would have totally ruined it. Speisekarte ansehen

Excellent service and delicious dishes. We have prices of menus at 19€ and it has been copied. Entrance, dish and dessert. Half of Sampé is at 3€. The chocolate marrow wasn't terrible, but we loved each other. The tables are spaced. I recommend. Watch out, they close early in the evening. Don't get too late.

After checking into the hotel across the street, dinner was on my mind. We had a nice meal here, chosing to try the local speciality dish, a bean and meat stew, of which I do not recall the name. Service was good and the staff pleasant and there was ample room to sit. The salad was good with tomatoes and the dessert was a chocolate cake roll with a cream sauce. Because we were part of a tour, I cannot make any claims to the cost for dinner.

We came across this restaurant, situated outside the main entrance to the Best Western hotel, when we were looking for somewhere to stop for a glass of wine. Looking at the menu we decided to eat here & enjoyed it so much that we ate here all through our 3 day stay. The chef came & introduced himself & recommended we try his cassoulet sometime, we did & we were not disappointed. We found the staff very polite & welcoming. A big thank you to the chef for his lovely food & for the lift he gave us in his car. Can't remember prices of food but jug of wine (4 small glasses) was 7 euros. Speisekarte ansehen
