we are long time customers of this restaurant and were always happy with eating, but today we took our son who visited and our plate of steak contained long dark haare. we had almost finished our meal, but the haare showed that the waitress who was completely dismissed was coffee and the bill brought as if nothing had happened. very disappointed

entrecote is easily my favorite restaurant chain - in france or elsewhere. The concept is very simple - a lettuce and nut (yes, that's all!), followed by the most delicious meat I've ever tasted and then - if you want - cheese. The first time I went there, I couldn't believe that an entry can be made of lettuce and walnuts, but I think it must be the vinaigrette because it is more than enough. the main dish is a superbly tender and tasty meat. It was a generous portion but it is accompanied by fries at will and if you ever get close to eating them all, another provision will be made without asking. cheese is an optional supplement, but it was also of an excellent value for money and worthy o...
