We had the set three course lunch which included wine. We found the food excellent and was extremely good value. You will probably need to book in advance.

They have very good authentic french food and very good fresh coffee! Went here while on holiday to Mareuil and went here almost once a day due to their fresh great coffee!

Restaurant looks simple in a little village but the traditional French food is all fresh, homemade, and really good quality and big portions. Just what you want if you're in France!

Three of us enjoyed a delightful three course lunch on offer at about Euro. Very imaginative salad starter, lovely lamb main course and a naughty-but-nice ice cream dessert. The place was well attended (all alfresco) and service was spot-on. We will certainly return.

Tried the simple menu one day and the another. Both superb. Foie gras sautéed whole with sweet accompaniments then an amazing lamb rump with fig chutney. Deserts not to disappoint. One chef cooking for the whole place ! amazing and the guy knows...his food. Go early so the service is quick.

We visited this restaurant with our French conversation group in January and decided to return with some friends. On both occasions the restaurant was busy, so you definitely need to book. Although we had the lunch time meal, there was at least choices of...starters mains. I lost count of the number of dessert available. Wine was included in the price

aperitif was over hall by the lady boss, surprise she is here!!!AND MAd.. foie gras was cold supposed to be warm inside for euros aperitif discunsting because the lady boss was mad...again... the dessert was cold of course and no taste... may be in...caledonie they do not know the difference of friendly and mad.. good luck, enjoy hard... bless you gars

The food here varied from really good to not so good. The carbonara was fantastic, the chips were very good too as was the omelette. However the roast chicken leg from the set menu seemed as though it had been out of the oven some...time, and the courgette gratin was dire! It looked nothing like the delicious fresh gratin photos on these reviews! Service was ok, not as friendly as some but not unpleasant either. Given the good quality of some of the food I’d be inclined to chalk the chicken and gratin up to a bad day, which is disappointing, but I’d probably give it another shot if in the area.

It's a while since I visited,having been deterred under previous ownership. I found a professional operation with good ambiance and tasty meal. It was frequented by elderly and tourists . After the starter and main I was feeling very hungry. Luckily I was first with...a presentable cheese board and filled up. One cannot help but compare it to Chez Mia, metres away. The lunch price is compared to The menu is entree, main and desert or cheese compared to Soup, entre, main, cheese, desert and coffee.Les Promenade is more upper class compared to Chez Mias family cooking.
