"We had very high expectations of the hotel/restaurant and they were absolutely blown away the moment we arrived. The whole place has a wow factor both in the communal areas and the bedrooms. The restaurant was first class and the bar area/breakfast were a real delight. The wine list is one of the best and most extensive I have ever seen (not just Burgundy but including Italian, Spanish and Bordeaux wines) and was extremely fairly priced.The modern furniture and art works juxtapose perfectly with the backdrop of the traditional and vintage feeling of the architecture. The staff were all superb but special mention to Constantine at reception, Aurelio and Leticia in the restaurant/bar, Amandine (who was a brilliant and most informative guide on the Velo tour of the vineyards), and of course to Patrick himself who was an absolutely charming host. "visit the restaurant, it was like visiting the guest lounge. There was no detailed map. you could only choose between meat and fish and define the number of dishes. the entrance was served accordingly. The food was first class. It's all right. the restaurant is highly recommended. (original opinion) der besuch restaurants war wie der besuch im wohnzimmer des gastgebers. es gab keine detaillierte karte. man konnte lediglich zwischen fleisch und fisch entscheiden und die anzahl der gänge festlegen. die vorspeise wurde dementsprechend serviert. das essen war erstklassig. Don't be fair. das restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen."

"In this warm setting, despite an atypically light card for this type of establishment, we enjoyed a tasty and wonderfully realized meal. The service offered by a sparkling young woman was up to all our expectations. Perfect? Alas no! The ambient temperature at 17/18 degrees despite the abundant distribution of plaids discouraged us from an after dessert. Too bad!"

"Un excellent moment passé sur la terrasse de ce restaurant sur la route des vacances.Le cadre est joli et la terrasse sur le jardin est très calme.Le menu du jour est à 32€ mais nous avons choisi la carte. Escargots de Bourgogne excellents et "light " mais surtout d'excellents ris de veau grillés.Le service est vraiment digne d'un grand restaurant sans être trop "chichiteux..." et le personnel ( tres nombreux d'ailleurs) est aux petits soins.Le plateau de fromages est parfaitement présenté et ,sans être énorme, comporte des produits locaux vraiment très bons.Vraiment une excellente découverte qui mériterait manifestement 1 macaron Michelin ( certains "pratiqués récemment le méritaient bien moins !!!)"
