excellent service and eating as usual. only can not find errors with this beautiful restaurant

Everything was perfect except for the fact that food is being served in a weird order. Me and my man have ordered starters and mains. My man received his main dish and I received nothing, and his food was getting cold while he was waiting for me to get anything. Then he received his starter (while he didn't even touch the main yet), and I still had nothing. And when I finally received my starter, it was cold, which means it's been ready for a long time. We're very easy going and we rarely complain about anything, but this system is just weird.

We ordered a hot pot and asked one staff member named Mamasita to confirm that there was no rice in the dish. She checked with her manager and chef, and came back to our table to confirm that there was no rice. However, when the dish arrived, I discovered there was rice in it. We informed Mamasita, who seemed unsure and had to check with someone else. She then admitted that there was rice in the dish and took it away. I was disappointed with her unprofessionalism as she did not apologize for the mistake. Another staff member later came to the table, explained the dish clearly, and was very helpful. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Mamasita.

The food is always good at wagamamas, and offers something different to the Staines food court but is slightly less authentic. It is always busy in here but is often frequented by a slightly younger demographic than myself and my wife, nothing like coming here on a Friday night to feel old. The service was okay they were busy but had adequate waiting staff, the only issue is they were obviously getting a lot of take out orders through various apps so did mean the wait for food was longer than it used to be. Also their prep station for the takeouts is right at the back of the restaurant, so there are constantly waiting staff going from the kitchen at the front, to the back to packing station,...
