"We have had three meals at this restaurant (before and after Covid) and have also ordered takeout twice to try a variety of items on the menu. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, with friendly staff and quick service. Standout dishes include the cauliflower popcorn, buffalo soldiers (halloumi), burgers, corn, and fries (both regular and ranch). The sauces and portion sizes are top-notch. On a recent visit with a vegan friend, we found that the fillings in the tacos were small and the fries were more like chips with mayo. This was disappointing as it was the only negative experience we've had at the restaurant. While there are several vegan-friendly options on the menu, it would be great to see more variety for vegans and larger portion sizes."

"It's the best curry house I've visited in a long time. The food is amazing, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The complimentary appetizers are a lovely touch. As a vegetarian, I always have plenty of options to choose from, and my daughter and her partner, who are vegan, also find great choices. My husband, who prefers what he calls "normal" food, loves his selection of meat dishes. I can't recommend Dine India highly enough—definitely 5 stars all around!"

"Food was fantastic…. Service appalling, to begin with they forgot my potatoes, fine it happens. Ordered a dessert to share chocolate torte however we were served with Eton Mess told the waitress it was not what we ordered so she walked away only to reappear with the same dessert saying this is what I ordered…no way I don’t even like Eton mess … I then witnessed a congregation of staff showing their support disapproval of what had to happened to their colleague at this stage I was quietly feeling awkward embarrassed. Eventually receiving the dessert we ordered I couldn’t enjoy it went to the bar to complain to the ….who appeared to be the manager, she straight away jumped to her staffs defence saying that they apologised for what had happened that there were 2 sides of the story to be heard !! I asked for the bill after looking at the bill noticed I had been charged for 2 items that I hadn’t ordered, again on approaching the apparent manager was again made to feel it was my fault that I hadn’t checked the bill !! I am absolutely fuming , not even about the errors but how I was made to feel. This was a treat for myself my husband who has Parkinson’s Parkinson’s related dementia so these outings are few far between a rare treat turned into frustration of very, very bad contrived customer service"

"This was only my second ever visit to a Miller Carter, having taken my family to the Sutton Coldfield restaurant last year, so this is just a quick review to say the quality of service and food seems consistent across at least two of the venues. Steak was excellent, sides delicious, and all served piping hot and super quick. It's a big venue, and was moderately full, so this suggests that their kitchens are clearly very capable. The staff were all very polite and helpful, and the place was tastefully decorated. It seems like the M C chain are a reliable choice for a good meal yes, you pay a small premium, but for the quality of fare it's worth it."
