El sitio es digno de mención , tiene una ubicación increíble. Hago mención forzosa al hecho que no tengan para cobrar con tarjeta , o llevas efectivo o te toca ir al pueblo de al lado a sacar dinero, si no fuese por esta tontería seria increíble.

El molino de Vilviestre es un restaurante de corte familiar, en el que la calidad de los ingredientes y la presentación de los platos es lo más importante. El molino siempre fue lugar de encuentro de gentes; gente que venía a serrar o a moler, pastores que se acercaban a calentarse, arrastradores y hacheros que trabajaban en el monte... Nunca faltaba un trago de vino o un trozo de pan. Las especialidades del restaurante son las carnes rojas y los pescados a la brasa. Aunque también puedes disfrutar de comidas tradicionales como el ajo carretero típico plato de los carreteros de la Sierra , igualmente puede degustar platos elaborados con productos locales boletus edulis , morcilla de Burgos ....
