Me and my partner enjoy visiting Nashaa and visit quiet often, and even though we do not tend to book a table, the guys here will try their best to accommodate us whenever possible.

I love Indian food and tend to choose Indian restaurants if I'm eating out for a meal. Recently just moved to Coventry and found this gem last night. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and the staff gave us excellent service for our entire meal. There is Cobra on draft, which was very refreshing. The food was absolutely delicious and really good value. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere too. We really enjoyed our time here. Thanks Nashaa! We shall return!

I travel around the canal system so have the opportunity to sample many takeaways so am able to make comparisons. Nashaa is easily accessible from the canal at Hawksbury, a friendly greeting on entering the restaurant with pleasant decor, As a boring old guy I ordered my usual which was prepared quickly. The food quality was Very good, full of flavour, the portions were OK but was comparatively expensive to other places also disappointingly the dishes were presented in plastic containers I would have preferred foil for environmental reasons. Parking: Easy street parking opposite.

Summary: Extremely motivated staff. Authentic taste. A bit expensive. Small portions (compared to Indian restaurants in Germany . I am a German engineer on a business trip. I enjoyed the very motivated and friendly staff. I also enjoyed the hot and wet towel with a lemon scent, that I got after the meal. I don't like the pricing strategy, where rice is not included in the main dishes. If you order rice, than that's more than 2 pounds (a cup full of rice . Maybe this is standard in the UK .
