Got the wrong order delivery something spicy instead instead of a mild dish it was a diss sprint as usually its a great place to eat

Every dish was so tasty and after not visiting for many months it was a welcome treat. Forhad Tapader our waiter and all the staff looked after us so well as always.

Another outstanding meal with world class service at the New Shad accommodated us on Valentines at the last minute. Never rushed. Food extremely fresh, staff so friendly a nice relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant very clean. Always an offer of a post dinner free drink love it there Speisekarte ansehen

I would highly recommend this restaurant for it's wonderful food and the best customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening with a group of nine friends in a lovely relaxed environment. Everyone in our group was impressed with the quality of food and outstanding customer service. For me it's probably the best in Medway! Thank you.

Amazing service, very welcoming and courteous. The food was ready on time and piping hot just as we like it. The food itself was unbelievably good, way beyond our expectations. It made me burp wonderful things. The korma was stunning, cooked to perfection. And I even tried something called saag paneer which trust me, is worth ordering if you get the chance.

My husband and I come here at least once a fortnight, we absolutely love it and we HAVE NEVER had a bad meal or experience. The food is literally the best around anywhere and always perfect. The staff make us feel like family and it feels like home when we come here. We have been coming here for years and I can honestly say NEVER have we had a bad meal. My husband states it was like eating in a teenagers bedroom with constant changing lights. We were not warmly welcomed on a quiet Sunday night into a restaurant with 3 tables who were nearly finished. Whilst there only one other customer arrived. Although polite, there was an edge to the service. The food generally well seasoned presented. Lamb very tough, channa masala bland peshawari naan leathery tasteless. We have very light appetites politely cleared our plates. Never discussed eating somewhere else again on the way home as we were still left wanting . Quite an unusual experience.

First time here for us, used to go to one nearby but thought we'd try this out and glad we did.. The minute we walked through the door we received a warm welcome and all the staff were very customer focused. Every course was piping hot and to be fair exceeded our expectations which was delicious. Food was served in a timely fashion. Staff knew everything about the menu which made us feel confident in our choice. Decor was very tasteful modern and inviting. This restaurant will now be our restaurant of choice if we go out for an Indian meal from now on, we have tried other Restaurants in the area and in our opinion this deserves to be #1 on Trip Advisor we shall be looking forward to our next...

This is the place to come in Kent if you want the best Curry around. It Never Disappoints. The staff and service is impeccable.
