"We will not have the chance to eat in this establishment, which is very well noted for its Jurassian fondues. When we parked nearby, the door was opened, which made us think it was open to the public. However, the boss informed us that they were refreshing the place and that they were not yet ready to welcome customers. Despite this situation, the boss showed himself really nice and even recommended other places where we could go. We were touched by his warm welcome and his willingness to help us despite the circumstances. Between the warm welcome we received and the reputation of the establishment, we are certain that when we return to Dole, we will go to this establishment. We want to sincerely thank this gentleman for his kindness and professionalism, because he has made our experience pleasant despite the slight setback. We look forward to discover the famous Jurassian fondues that everyone talks about. Again, thank the boss for his courtesy and his precious help. It is thanks to people like him that one feels well received and that one keeps a positive memory of a city or establishment.
