Great quality food with a gluten free option on just about everything. Could not ask for more. Oh, and a fab friendly service without fail!

What a lovely sandwich bar, lovely staff, quality produce and beautifully clean. My only criticism £3 for a bacon roll and a coffee is too cheap.

Popped in for a quick Sandwich. No indoor seating and was raining outside so we took away. Fantastic fresh baguette with a great choice of fillings. Highly recommended.

Recently started working nearby and have walked past several times, so today I popped in. The place is spotless, ingredients fresh and the staff and owner both friendly and engaging. You'll pay a similar price for a sandwich if not more, anywhere in the city centre but this just better definitely my new go to.

Our family stumbled upon this sandwich bar one lunchtime on our holiday whilst looking for a snack. My wife and I thought the Cajun chicken with peppers was delicious and my son was delighted by the home made chocolate brownie with ice cream. qsk has definitely the most incredible healthy, fresh and tasty lunch food in cardiff. I went for the salatbox, containing three tasty salads (the standout was the Moroccan pebbles) so good! whether they are all gone, the personal belonged to the kindest I have ever seen; welcome and helpful. if they are looking for the perfect lunch in cardiff, don't look further.

that is surely a hidden gem of cardiff. we stayed on a laune and were very pleased with our lunch. I was indecisive about what I wanted to lunch, and the staff there offered me a pack based on what I told them I liked. my man has the mississippi for his meal. this was far and away the best lunch we had the whole trip! fresh, healthy and affordable with large service pistons do not ask for anything else!

that's the best I had in cardiff. fine kitchen quality and also healthy. my man had a grilled cheese sandwich with ham and salad house made brownie. I had quinoa and a mix salat from the sky! Their vegan and vegetarian options are fab.
