"We first visited Raja's a few years ago when we wanted a non halal Indian restaurant. We weren't disappointed and until Covid reached our shores, we were frequent visitors. Gorgeous food, cosy and friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. Unfortunately, when we enquired about it still being non halal last night, we were disappointed to hear it wasn't the case now. This place was for many years a Leeds institution. However, it's changed a lot. It no longer has a licence and part of it is called Dukes selling doughnuts to kids. It's curries are still very good.
