Excellent meal, full of originality. Extra calf head. Nice and pleasant welcome for us and our two-year-old. Patient staff. A little too much waiting between 2 dishes that day, maybe because we arrived a little late. I recommend.

Ideal to go drink a bucket or eat a piece during your visit to Noyers sur Serein. A real zinc counter where you can taste beers, wines and specialties from the country where even further. A true warmth and an eclectic musical atmosphere but of good taste. It's good to book if you want to go to the table.

wonderful meal, many great specialties of the day. owners and waiters are helpful and have great suggestions. price very reasonable. we were so impressed that we booked to return the next night for our jubilee. we had pork, Guinea-Fowl in the first night, bark meat and pork in the second night. the desserts, especially the chocolate, was to die! This place is perfect, great welcome, map and slate, as a couple we have lunched, taken our time, we wanted any guts, it has reconnected us with walnuts on serein because we had the misfortune to go to Mimi's house and get caught like pigeons, without laughter the worst address of the Yonne. The restaurant is housed in a medieval building at the entrance of Noyers sur Serein. On the outskirts a beautiful vine covering the courtyard of the entrance, inside the old beams, burning in the fireplace. The menu consists of traditional dishes with original touches bringing different tastes on a well mastered classical basis. The service is very friendly. many restaurants have been closed in the fairy for holidays in Noyers-sur-Surein, but we found this pure jewel of a restaurant. the atmosphere is relaxed. the owner/competitioner is welcoming but not in vain. he leads the restaurant like a clockwork. he also made an excellent recommendation for wine...and food games when he put cointreau on ice with the Clementine-based dessert. he was on the spot! the highlight of the meal was the main course of blanquette de veau, a court that I have loved since 1970 in France. that was the best blush I ever tasted! the meat was portions of calf meat including the juice, the sauce was full of taste, the rice tasty and the sweet exactly right.
