Rexy Jack's - Speisekarte

After reading so many negative reviews we had thought of going elsewhere. So glad we didn't ! I can't understand why so many complain about the restaurant as our meal was faultless. The service was excellent and friendly. All in all, a super evening out !!

We had a party of 22 people and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The food was all served simultaneously and was absolutely delicious. The servers were exceptional. We will definitely be returning for our next group gathering. If possible, I would give this restaurant 10 stars.

The breakfast menu at this restaurant is excellent, and it was quite busy on a Sunday morning - seems like everyone in Omagh had the same idea. My group ordered a variety of dishes from the breakfast menu, and we were impressed by the generous portions and delicious food. Had a meal this afternoon with partner, partner had a chicken burger which was inedible chicken was tough and chewy didn’t taste like chicken, batter on chicken was very greasy. Staff were friendly however never asked how our meal was despite food left on plate. We waited a good while for someone to come to table to collect our bill nobody came so had to get up and pay on way out. Not a good first time there.

I have been to Rexys lots of times over the years. Overall I love going, the breakfasts are my favourite, but I love the sizzling plates too. My kids always eat their dinners here. On occasion it’s busy and then the waiting staff obviously take longer, but most often and especially recently when I’ve gone it’s been quick and friendly. It’s on the expensive side but no more so than similar diner style restaurants I have been to.

Decided to go here as my husband had eaten here a few weeks earlier and said it was lovely, so we order the same as he had the last time chicken in a light kentucky batter. Very disappointed chicken was over cooked eatable but not enjoyable. A bit pricey for the quality.Also shock when we were told it was £2.99 for 1/2 tin of coke. Think we will give it a miss the next time. Our server very very nice and they did offer to replace the meal and when we said no they offered a free desert or drink which we also declined. We had lunch here on 23/08/22. I had been raving to my partner about how great this place was based on past experiences a few years ago when it first opened. Unfortunately, the two burgers we ordered had no sauce, the meat patty was very dry and lacked seasoning, and the "taco chips" were barely topped with anything. I had to ask the waitress twice for more napkins, and £3.95 for a coke is just too expensive. I used to recommend this place to others, but now I feel ashamed to have done so. We were not the only ones disappointed, as a table behind us also returned their food. I am truly disappointed and upset about this experience.

Me and my family want to rexy Jack's recently and it was very disappointing. I got the bbq ribs which we just okay, they were only lukewarm. My mother and father both got a three course meal which was supposed to come with a free drink. I only got the one course so I eat it when they eat their starters. We waited about an hour until a waitress came and told us that they ran out of potatoes on a Sunday which shouldn't have happened. My pedants had to pick a different side to eat with their meals. When the food eventually came most of it was cold and tasteless. My mum had ordered a sex on the beach before we got our starters. Got a takeaway from Rexy Jacks restaurant in Omagh on 15th October 2022. As soon as I returned home and tasted the kids chicken burger meal, I immediately spat it out as chicken was inedible and definitely unfit for human consumption. My daughter had the Wolfgang burger which had a number of different meats. She did not seem to notice anything that was inedible., The following morning, I contacted Chloe the manager at Omagh restaurant and advised of the uneaten kids meal and that the chicken was off.
