"We have been in Annecy for almost one week and have not been able to find any restaurant with food we liked, all restaurants seem to serve the same limited choices. We went to L'osmose du Lac in Talloires at the end of the week and were so delighted with the restaurant, we wished we had discovered it earlier in the week. The staff were welcoming, the wine choices endless but the best part was the delicious food we had for lunch. We began with gazpacho, which was served with a lovely mint sorbet in the middle of the bowl. The gazpacho was delicious. Our main meal was the special of the day, a mixture of chicken, duck, and veal served in a wonderful sauce and vegetables. The dessert was just as wonderful as the other courses, I had chocolate mousse (although too much for one person) and my husband had poached pear in red wine. The meal was reasonably priced, especially for such good quality food and service. Thank you! The #60 bus will take you from Annecy to Talloires."

Very good restaurant! The kitchen is original, beautiful atmosphere and very pleasant service. Think about booking because a lot of people, especially on a Saturday night. I recommend!

Small address to remember! Very warm welcome, quick service and delicious dishes. There are some for all tastes and scholarships (still count between 30 and 45 euros for dish and dessert). Remember to book because the room is not very large and is filled very quickly! Speisekarte ansehen

Small charming restaurant. The dishes are very good and well prepared. Original decoration. The atmosphere that emerges is conducive to relaxation. We had a very good time. The team is very nice and I especially want to thank the brown girl who took care of our table and who is really at the top. We will come back with great pleasure.

How happy to have this new restaurant near us!!! The risotto is how to say.... the list of qualifiers will be long so it is enchanting, succulent, aromas and flavors are of finesse, perfect cuisine... Since Friday night with my friend, we always dream of it and we continue to talk about it!! The perfect cooking sauce, mellow, leek and curry just golden! It seems that the chocolate mousse is divine too!! And as to the decoration, she received the congratulations of my friend interior architect: class, with a suspicion of fantasy, color pics!!! I dream of coming back already!

"We had a weird feeling about this restaurant when we were given 2 menu books WITHOUT any price at first. Turned out that their gastronomic pricing didn't match their brasserie standard at all. My friend asked a couple of questions about some dishes, the waiter...was very puzzled and passive, said a couple of times that he didn't know. After that, we were served some kind of MUSHY OLD bread before the meal. If this was a sign of welcoming from the owner, then he failed right there. In our main courses, apart from the meat and fish ingredients, each of us got half of a small potato, 1 small stick of leek, 1 lonely cauliflower, some smashed petit pois with the size of a small coffee capsule, and 1 line of smashed carrot. Looks like the quantity one would place on a plate of a gastronomic restaurant with 8 courses, except that this is NOT a gastronomic restaurant, from the plastic menu, the furniture, the old bread, the cutleries, the different menu pricing and the service which failed to describe the dishes. The worst part, was when the waiter came and asked us if everything went well, I gave him the feedback that the food was good but the veggie was way too little. He first proposed us to eat more dessert, then when I said no, he got so upset and defensive that he even pointed at the kitchen telling me that I should go to see the chef and discuss with him myself. Why bother asking your client how their meal was if you can't receive a candid feedback? Being a frequent traveller, coming from the hospitality industry, I have to say this place is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Unless you have too much money and eating next to a canval is way more important than being treated in a disrespectful manner, and leaving the restaurant with a happy stomach."
