"We haven’t visited for a while it was once a favorite haunt and we had a family visit with people who really love Thai cuisine ! The food was a shadow of what it used to be. What was more upsetting was that all menus and ordering of food Drinks was by app. The payment was card only and the tip was automatically applied. We felt it a soulless experience from what was once a vibrant lively and inclusive place to eat. I felt angered by feeling that we were just there to extract money from. The staff seemed very happy to fool around with each other in the background all they had to do was sling the stuff to the table and carry on with what was more important to them! What a shame interacting with funny happy staff was part of the great charm of this place. Ditch the app.We won’t be returning ever."

Staff member who checked my table reservation was curt. Telling me I can’t pronounce my own name properly. Making me repeat my name. Very rude, I felt humiliated. Took most of my dinner home as a takeaway

The young door supervisors at this bar were extremely rude, insisting on a reservation to gain entry. I was taken aback by this requirement and found it off-putting. I doubt I will ever return to this establishment. Wishing anyone who tries their luck getting in better fortune than I had.

Attended Satay with friends. Nice ambience. Friendly and helpful staff. Happy hour drinks a bonus -food arrived and nice and hot. Enjoyed my meal excluding prawn Gyoza which were very doughy and not enough prawn inside. Friends got sea bass which they fully enjoyed. Will return to the good old Satay Bar

The food was delicious, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. However, the waitress forgot our starter and brought our mains out first. The menus were sticky and the floor as well. There was also a stale smell lingering inside the restaurant. Despite these issues, I must say the food was excellent!

Picked Satay because the waiter said they do vegan dishes. Ordered one of the Vegan options and our order was taken by hand. When the order came, my friend realised her Vegan dish had egg in it. There was no manager at hand and the chef wasn't able to come out the kitchen to address his and the waiters mistake.

Omg this weekend was all about doing something different and catching up with family. This bar did not fail. Although not able to take in our bought merchandise from previous places we had an amazing experience. The security guys were pleasant and the bar staff were really eye candy and happy to serve. Music was on point as well. Nice vibe

I took my mum for her Mother’s Day dinner. There was a slight confusion with the order when it came to the table, management was passing and heard our confusion with the order, he automatically apologised and asked straightaway. What can he do to resolve the issue and quickly resolved it with no problems.. I liked the swift response I never received this outstanding customer service before from any establishment 10/10… no complaints , and food and cocktails were amazing. .

"No doubt about it the food is first rate. Expertly cooked and well seasoned. The service is not what one would expect at a restaurant of this level (e.g. having to ask for wine list or water refill). Retaining qualified staff is challenging but the top restaurants manage that. Glass all around and close tables make for a loud and crowded environment but ambiance is clearly not a priority. If you only go for the food and not the experience it’s fine."

"We aim to go to Brawn in December as part of our traditional festive build up and we love it there.. so this was not our first time, we are returning guests. This time we were sat in the back of the restaurant near the kitchen and it was lovely, I didn’t even know this room existed. As always food was delicious, with some repeat items which are menu staples from years gone and of course new items too. We had a lovely waitress who was very attentive and made some fantastic recommendations thank you for making our experience so enjoyable. We’ll be back!"

"Apparently they were very busy (only as a next note I booked in advance) so that we in the first floor breakfast room instead of in the lobby level afternoon tea room (the room advertised with the beautiful tea sets and cute sofas is a quirky tea room interior.) that was already very disappointing. the room was in the lower ground floor, it had a few breakfast tables, but otherwise felt empty and additionally the doors closed. fortunately another family arrived and sat in the same room as we felt a little less isolated and left after. eating was not even average in terms of quality, the sandwiches and scenes were ok, but the cakes (although there was a selection of them) were not good at all. they were dry and a little tasteless. do not reflect the price! the friendliness and friendliness of the waitress was the best part of the experience. She was very nice to us and to our dog. overall the afternoon was disappointing and overpriced (we paid £184 for two including a glass champagne and the dog menu.) the only advantage of this experience (or say the only experience) is that they can bring their dog. but is it worth it? the answer is definitiw no!"

"Malaysian and Cantonese menu. Nice decor, well air-conditioned, very friendly and chatty staff. I had Aromatic crispy duck starter this was one of the best I've tried, the duck was cooked well and very delicious. The pancakes are big. Nasi Lenka the chicken was delicious, rice flavoured with coconut, side of peanuts and egg and a paste sauce. Anchovies I am not keen on so didn't eat them. I enjoyed this dish. Crisp beef it is very crispy cooked all the way through so it doesn't even taste like beef anymore and covered in a sweet sauce. It was like eating niknaks. I didn't enjoy this dish as much as the rest. Golden prawns giant prawns covered in crushed cornflakes. Again this tatsed too sweet for me, I enjoyed the prawns but I wouldn't recommend. Complimentary prawn crackers. This came to over £100 for 2 people. I feel like this was a little pricey. Parked on single yellow."

"The food was yummy and you won’t go home hungry. I was even able to take back a doggy bag. I was not a big fan of the belly dancing as I was trying to catch up with a friend I had not seen in a while. I think it would be good to offer an option where you can sit somewhere a little more quiet if you wish. However I appreciate this may just be me!"
