"We booked as a family so we could take the children out for tea on New Year's Eve. Booked for 4:45 and we were seated promptly. We have been several times before and loved it and it can get very busy. But this time we were a bit underwhelmed. They were clearly prepping for the nye night time event and we felt in the way, especially as they started shifting tables whilst we were still eating. The table next to us complained about the waiter, but he was fine, to us it was more the general feeling of earlier diners being in the way and not given much appreciation, unless you were regulars, which became obvious. Good food although desert menu typos meant I basically got the same pudding as my partner with one subtle difference, that wasn't good. Will we come again?? It will be while until we do. Shame as I have loved it previously."

Very pleasant restaurant, in a great setting. Door staff very welcoming, and we enjoyed our two seafood main dishes very much. Waitress who served meals was efficient but didn't make us feel particularly welcome.

All elements of food served all 4 of the party was excellent. All 4 of us had various appetizers and main thing and served for a person the food was excellent. However, if you want a relaxing, quiet or intimate meal Spago is not the place to go

Lovely restaurant and lovely staff and would go again if they had more vegetarian options I found it woefully lacking in choice for vegetarian which was a shame as I really liked everything else about it. I would recommend to non veggie friends. What most restaurants don't seem to realise is that when people go out to eat they would like something different to meat and fish

great tasting of seafood! starter, main and dessert were all very good quality and cheap. service was fast and knowledgeable, but the server forgot a request 2 times, but he seemed the only one on the floor that served everyone. the kitchens in full walk from the table was great, the chefs made the mistake to put in one of our dishes, when we did not ask for a whistle, but they were a happy surprise when they were so delicious! definitely back here!

Booked specific table three months prior but on arrival this was not available, staff were not really bothered. Side order of fries were incorrect, main meal ordered was lobster salad that was supposed to be on bed of avocado and various other items, in reality it was just pieces of lobster with green leaves. A singer was performing that nobody could see or hear, except those sitting/standing next to her.
