Spire - Speisekarte

This discreet restaurant doesn’t look much but whoop the food is always fantastic. Always packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. Great wine and staff too.

Visited Spire tonight for a Sunday lunch and it did not disappoint. Each course was delicious presented very well. Quality of the food was amazing. Definitely visiting again soon.

Again fantastic food. The steak, the lamb the halibut all cooked beautifully. Great chef and kitchen team cooking quality food to its best. Front of house brilliant. All in all a top class locally owned restaurant.

Highly recommended…family of four, first time visitors all pretty impressed with Spire. A variety of meals and deserts ordered none of them disappointed, service was slowish but understandable given the quality of the food. Would definitely return

Quality over Quantity, and the very best quality! Fantastic food cooked by proper chefs, not pretend ones like at Miller Carter or somewhere. If you come to Liverpool and don’t try this place, you’re missing out big time. Only thing I noticed was if you don’t “know” any of the staff, you’re not as high on their priority.

We went to celebrate my sister in law’s 70th early on a Saturday night. I am Coeliac and I have never been so well treated. They had kept the frier clean, they asked about cross contamination, they checked the position with mustard flour and made me a special dessert, not on the menu. It was busy but I felt completely safe and everything I ate was delicious. I will definitely come back again.

This is where we come when we have something to celebrate, not because it's too expensive but because we aMt the experience to be special every time. We order from the prix fix menu, 2 courses for 28 and all have something different. My chicken liver parent was devine and the lamb rump was succulent and rich. Son had belly pork followed by steak. Cannot praise this restaurant enough. Good delicious and fantastic service.

Went on Saturday for a meal with friends. As ever, the food was superb, the service friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere welcoming. This was my sixth or seventh visit and I’m yet to be even slightly disappointed . My Beef Wellington was as fine as I’ve ever had and my friends were delighted with their food and the “delicious, juicy Chilean Pinot . Big shout to the Tarte Tatin and the black pudding scotch egg. Excellent evening

Visited last Wednesday with my friend for a catch up. Spire never fails and is definitely worth a visit. A friend recommended the duck starter which was amazing imagine crispy duck on a bone with a pomegranate salad and tiny potatoes with a beautiful dressing. My palate was wanting more. Then I had the sea bass with prawns and a small fishcake on the side. Wow absolutely gorgeous. Washed down with a lovely blush wine it was the perfect night. The thing with spire it’s not just the food spire has the whole package great service great ambience and very reasonably priced. One not to be missed
