"Every time we go here it never fails to impress. Today we had the most wonderful Sunday lunch. It was very busy, so I am glad we booked, but even though the place was humming we had wonderful service and a massive and very tasty sunday roast. We go to their 2-weekly quiz night now as well, whicih is very good humoured and certainly well worth a visit if you have time on a Monday evening, certainly well worth a visit if you like a quiz! Top marks all round, well done Kevin and your fantastic staff!!"

Two real ales on tap when we visited. Swapped the Landlord beer which was not tasting well. Standard pub menu busy on a mid week lunchtime. Dog friendly. Not overwhelmingly friendly staff.

Was very surprised. On arrival, the spotted dog does not look all that much, however the Sunday roast was really good. The staff were very attentive, and overall was a very good experience. Pleasantly surprised!

Lovely place to eat. Managed to get a table we didnt book. The staff friendly and helpful. The food was so tasty, I had scampi and my partner had a mixed grill so much of it. Will be back. Great menu and special board Speisekarte ansehen

10/10 for this pub. The food is great, The landlord goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and it is always full which is testament to the quality of the food and service A pleasure to spend a Sunday afternoon there with a roast dinner

We would like to say a big thank you to the wonderful staff at the Spotted Dog for helping to make our dad/grandad/husband’s 80th birthday lunch special.
