"Rue St Antoine,la " rue pour touristes" le Mantel fait figure d'exception.Décoration chic, service soigné et compétent,membre des " châteaux et hôtels collection" d'Alain Ducasse.En entrées gaspacho et encornets en persillade : parfaits En plats 2 carrés d'agneau à la cuisson parfaite ,MAIS dans le mot carré il y a 4 , or une des assiettes ne comportait que 3 côtes...En desserts: assiette de framboises avec virgule de crème et coupe de sorbets avec 2 boules( pas 3)Pour les 2 desserts aucune décoration ,aucun accompagnement ( biscuit ou autre),le chef doit confondre simplicité et rusticité.La table d'à côté qui prenait du café a eu droit a des mignardises.Nous qui n'avons pas pris de café RIEN malgré une addition de 224€...Dommage la fin du repas avait un gout de manque de générosité pour ne pas dire de radinerie"

Nous avons suivi les recommandations de la communauté trip advisor et n'avons pas été déçus .Menu Forville pour un midi: la crème glacée rafraîchit en cette période estivale , le risotto est délicatement parfumé et le dessert citron excellent . Le tout dans un cadre au goût du jour, les tableaux de la galerie très jolis, avec un service discret.Nous testerons un soir également pour goûter la formule assiette.

We were looking for a romantic setting in the old city of Cannes and The newly named Table 22 fit the bill. I recommend the table outside for people watching up the narrow meandering rue St. Antoinne with cobblestone streets. The menu was small but fresh and delightful. There was even a three course pris fixe menu for 39 euro. The fried zucchini and risotto was excellent. The staff was outstanding. After dinner take short walk to the old church on top of the hill.

Food here is just to die for. Its absolutely one of the best restaurants in Cannes. Lobster Ravioli is always a winner for starter. Many great main cources to choose from. I went With my small kids this time, seems like they are not to happy about that.Ordered fries for my son, but that wasnt possibel. In L`Affable the day after they where better regarding to take care of my kids. But overall this restaurant deliver every time!! Go there and enjoy great Food & wine

What a pleasure to find a restaurant in le Suquet which offers a sophisticated interior, excellent food and good value for money. We loved our meal there. We have been eating at Mantel since it first opened. We've watched it mature to what it is today. Superb developments. Try the courgette blossoms fried in the most delicate of batters. Enjoy the cod which melts in your mouth. Zingy lemon tarts finished it off perfectly. It was all great. Make a special effort to eat at Mantel.

This restaurant was nice enough but not really what I would have expected, for the price and for the michelin star. The menu was simple and safe, and I was not blown away. We had the shredded spider crab and lobster ravioli, and the zucchini flower and veal. The lobster ravioli was truly fantastic. All the other dishes were okay. I would say it's worth it to at least go and try their lobster ravioli. I would have given them 3.5 stars, it's somewhere between average and very good.

Interesting art, not sure it's quite fitting for the environment or cuisine but it certainly stands out.These were my thoughts as I entered the restaurant. The food was great. We both had the tasting menu which was delicious. Not now your socks off incredible, but good, well presented and flavoursome. We had the spider crab, risotto with summer truffles, a fish similar to snapper (I forget the name but this was by far the best dish of the evening) and lemon meringue with basil sorbet. Was worth the visit and its Michelin star. Not bad at all

Like many restaurants in France we encountered, this one had a prix fixe menu for a reasonable price and an a la carte menu that was very expensive. We went with the prix fixe and the food was very good, but the choices were quite limited when compared to other restauarants. Ordering a la carte would have doubled the price of the dinner and based upon what we ate I would not recommend this place with that menu for that price. It was very good food and great value on the prix fixe menu, but not good enough to justify paying almost double if we ordered from the other menu.

The food here is very good but overpriced with limited choices on the set menu for €39. Consequently I ordered the filet de boeuf which whilst perfectly cooked to order, tender and flavoursome was overpriced at €44. Creme brûlée desert was superb.However the experience was rather sullied by exceptionally cold and almost hostile service. Because I was driving I did not order wine and the waiter gave me what can only be described as a look of utter disdain. After that they really lost interest in us. A pity as the food is very good but frankly I would not return for that reason. I dine out to (a) enjoy good food and (b) have a convivial enjoyable experience. This restaurant does not lend itsel...
