The best curry house locally, the food is always 10/10. Staff are really lovely when eating in and collection/ delivery always quick and efficient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Service: Delivery Food: 5

Love this place. First time last night, food was all delicious, staff attentive, didn't seem to mind when my six year old started running about bouncing off the walls when the lemonade kicked-in, either. We had our Christmas party at the Tajdar and 6/6 enjoyed a wonderful evening thanks to the chef staff at the Tajdar. The range of food is amazing and the quality was fantastic. A good range of drinks too several beers inc non alcoholic for our designated driver and even a choice of cocktails as well as an extensive wine list. Really enjoyed my recent visit to The Tadjar with friends it was quiet, our waitress was friendly and explained some of the dishes that we wanted to try, food was delicious and generous portion size, we had a variety of dishes popadoms , chicken tikka saag balti (my favourite dish), chicken tikka passanda, chicken makkhanwala, pilau mushroom rice, onion bhaji, chana massala. Highly recommend that you book a visit to dine in or order a takeaway

ordered from them as their food is often nice. unfortunately this time the naan was completely burnt and the poppadoms were stale. i called to tell them, and was told they'd call back shortly. an hour goes by until i call them back and was told there was nothing they could do as their manager was refusing to believe there was anything wrong with the naan. utterly disgusting and terrible way to deal with the situation. i won't be ordering again.

A friend told us to try Tajdar , so glad they did. We ate from the Vegan selections , the food was excellent. All the flavours as well as the spices came through. Service was friendly and I've only marked atmosphere down because it was a rainy cold evening in early December and there weren't many other people eating there. The extra bonus is they say that we are within their radius for takeaway delivery! Vegetarian options: There is a large vegan section plus various other vegan dishes which are clearly marked.
