We tried their takeout service and were thoroughly impressed. They carefully packaged each order separately, making the process much more convenient. We have dined in before and will definitely be returning.

This is our preferred restaurant, and we often order takeout from there. This time, we pre-ordered takeout for 18 people, and everything went seamlessly. The food was delicious and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Went to tammanas once again Friday night absolutely packed lovely vibe.amazing food once again must be the best restaurant around only thing missing was kam but he had family wedding as he's such a lovely guy his staff were amazing as they were so busy really great evening thanks tammanas

Our last 2 orders for delivery arrived 25 mins late and food was cold.The first delivery driver sat outside the wrong house for 20 mins and would still be there now if we had not called to see where he was. This week not only was the driver late but the Kulcha naan was stone cold and had only 4 tiny pieces of onion and no green peppers at all. Standards are slipping !!

We regularly order take out from Tamannas and have done for years, but tonight was awful. (order no: #26705052) Everything tasted /looked like it had been reheated from the night before, dried out meat, cold naans, and stodgy non crispy onion bhajis. All of which are usually to a decent standard... disappointed! the whole order near enough went straight to the bin. £50 down the drain.

Food was delicious but service was ****,waited over an hour for basic curry which was literally just handed to us individually after we asked where our food was.No offer of another drink while we had empty glasses.No complimentary drink while we watched all other tables get one.They really made us feel second class plus had to wait 20 mins for bill and only came when I put my jacket on and had to ask for it again.Shame and we won’t be back

So, it’s been over a year since I ate from this place and tonight I’ve been reminded of why I stopped. I telephoned for two curries to be delivered and I was told it would be 30 minutes. The guy taking the call was terse and a bit rude. But at least he could speak English, which was an improvement on the last time I called. An hour later, I rang because the food had still not arrived and I got the same ignorant fella on the phone who said it had left the restaurant and would be fifteen minutes. It arrived soon after and to be honest, it was not worth waiting for. Don’t bother with this place there are plenty of better Indian restaurants in Ashford. I shall go back to Soalte next time.

Went here last night to celebrate a family event. Being a Monday it was very quiet bur that was fine. The food was excellent and the service couldn’t be faulted. We had popadoms as starters and a mix of main courses. The food was well cooked and generous portion sizes. Both my partner and myself had shaslick dishes and both came out sizzling and lots of meat with each. We also had vegetable side dishes which were nice as well. The roasted onions were lovely as well! We finished with coffees as there was no room for desert. My grandson wanted a soft drink, but the waiter insisted on apple juice (which was more expensive). We also ordered three Naans - one vegetarian and one butter chicken.
