The restaurant offers unique and impressive dishes. I recommend trying the "Pork Belly Tempura" appetizer, which tasted similar to deep-fried wonton. The service was excellent. I dined in for lunch and the price per person ranged from £10 to £20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 5. Parking is difficult to find and parking options are unavailable.

I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and had an excellent experience. The price per person was around £90–100, but it was well worth it for the quality of the food and service. I would give a rating of 5 for both the food and service. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also top-notch, earning another 5-star rating from me. Overall, I highly recommend this dining establishment for a special meal out.

The Rocka restaurant is wonderful, I am not going to contradict that. But many things have changed and in my opinion not all for the better. It's one of my favorites in Portsmouth. But this trip they have faltered, the service a little slow. The first courses were good as always, the price increase is noticeable, now we ordered the quinoa and chickpea salad and it had everything except quinoa and chickpeas. The hummus plate does not justify the price for the amount they put in, it is anecdotal, there is hardly any humus on the plate. I think they should go over a few things.
