We went there several times and every time the food was outstanding. Try also some of the local wine!

Very good bar with lots of world so a good atmosphere and a pleasant terrace. Possibility of playing pool or beer pong indoors.

Very nice little bar that offers a wide choice of tapas and good quality basic beers. The terrace is large enough and can accommodate groups of quite varied sizes. The atmosphere is nice and the servers also.

The frame is very nice and the tapas exquisite! I remove a star for the service: the impression of disturbing the server, and need to ask 3 times for us to get a bottle of water. But overall a good experience, with interesting happy hours!

The must-see place of Candolle, the charm of the old Montpellier, the energy of a city that lives. You eat well (a choice of dishes to share or individual dishes in the bistro/streetfood style). We drink there too (often too much, because it is difficult not to be carried away by the atmosphere). The service is on top. Still one of these many Montpellier places that can be visited without limit.

Located in the historic area of Montpellier, The Black Cat dominates a hidden market square, overlooked by buildings of old and surrounded by a sense of history. There is a wonderful vibe, perfect to enjoy a sunny warm evening avec food and wine.The staff are friendly, fun and enjoy a bit of broken French / English communication. The food is delicious.. opt for the steak and you won't be disappointed. Portion size is more than generous too.
