"Having visited Grilled Cheese factory on a Sunday at 15:30, I expected my meal to get to me fairly fast this not exactly being a peak time. I had been here once before and the 5-10 minute wait was tolerable for a quality freshly prepared meal. However this time the staff were different and whilst looking very cool with tattoos, baseball caps, rings on every finger and chequed hipster shirts, did not seem to care much for their job. After making my order I sat down and watched as several sandwiches were prepared and placed in the pans, after 25 minutes I expected the one of those in the pans to be for me when I heard the female chef ask her manager and colleague "It's for who the goat's cheese one?" To which he replied rather indifferently to whether I might be able to hear or not "it's for him."At this point I asked them how long they thought it was going to be, as I planned on topping up my phone, "about ten minutes" came the reply. So thirty five minutes after making my initial order, having left and topped up my phone, I finally collected my goat's cheese sandwich. Which was nice by the way, if a little small for the money.So there you go, when you consider that one can enjoy pretty much any of the 'haute cuisine' of Paris while probably not waiting as long as this. It's a wonder that this place calls itself 'fast food,' as it's really quite slow and indifferent."

the paradise of grilled cheeses! I had the macaroni with cheese and it didn't disappoint. the sweet caramelized onions inside were A-MAZINGG.

I went to this place with my friends when I visit Paris...It was the best grilled cheese of my live till now...it is delicious...the staff is also really friendly and is really near to Sacre couer... I recommend this place!!!

I went to this grilled cheese restaurant during a short visit to Paris and it was the best idea ever. The food is great, everything smells so good and the sandwiches are delicious. The staff was very kind and helpfull. Highly recommended.

We accidentally landed here while looking for a subway outlet for our vegetarian food requirement. The workers were very kind so I hesitate to leave such a bad review. The food was quite greasy with an odd smell. I am not sure what type of oil was used, but my daughter and I both had indigestion later. What a shame. We were expecting a grilled cheese sandwich with brie on french bread. Instead it was on a type of plain white sandwich loaf, loaded with grease, and just cheddar.

After having climbed the stairs at Sacre Coeur Basilica we needed a place to sit and recharge. Found it at the Grilled Cheese Factory. We ordered the cheese and pepper sandwich and split one sandwich between the two of us. My wife ordered a Coke and they brought our sandwich and drink to our table in the back room after a 15 minute wait.We had plenty to eat and the flavor was great and staff was very attentive.
