A wonderful stay! The hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff is lovely. Aqua di Parma toiletries and towel warmers in the bathroom, an amazing breakfast buffet and a convenient location to all we wanted to see. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The atmosphere is great and beautiful. We didn't get to stay here because there was a mixup with our rooms, but Pedro was a superstar who showed exceptional customer service. Cannot say enough nice things about Pedro and the high level of hospitality he showed. Speisekarte ansehen

Eine ganz absolut tolle und authentische Erfahrung! Mit grosser Professionalität lehrt man die venezianische Küche und ihre Spezialitäten herstellen. Sehr sympathisch der Executive Chef Daniele Turco. Wir hatten sogar die Ehre, neben ihm am Herd zu stehen. Grazie mille!

Absolutely in love with the ambiance at the hotel. Located directly on the water so the view from the patio was amazing. A beautiful hotel! Slightly pricey but well worth the splurge in my opinion. The cocktails were delicious. Will be going back when I'm in Venice again.

Stayed 2 nights out of 4 days in Venezia and we were really happy with the staff, beautiful room and great breakfast. Close to everything. We came here as a nightcap for an evening in Venice, and I must say, the view along the water is impeccable, absolutely second to none...that fact is worth the price of admission alone. On the subject of price, you certainly get what you pay for, so expect to pay a hefty price. The drinks are borderline unreasonable, so I'm docking a star just for that. If you care about service, it's too notch, and the waiters are very attentive to your every need. Enjoy Venice, and enjoy your $25 dollar cocktail!

The Gritti Restaurant is a must try! Especially if you want to try some good food and spoil yourself. Everything from the food to the service and view is top notch. I recommend to start with the cicchetti and the entrée with thee raw fish assortiment. The Cod was better than the Turbot. I finished with the chocolat mousse and it was simply perfect. However the pistachio pastry they offered at the end was for me The highest point of the night. You can let the sommelier pick a good wine for you. You mist definitely need a reservation, so make sure to plan ahead. A final note. If you have sensitive ears you will hear the ultrasound rat repellent that makes a constant squeaking sound. Take a look at the positive reviews of the Hotel Gritti Palace, and you will notice that not a single visible minority has rated it highly. Having just returned from a stay there for 5 nights, I can explain why. On our stay, I often was in the entrance foyer waiting for my wife. She 's slow to get ready she literally will take 30 minutes to freshen up. Instead of sitting in the room watching TV, I waited for her downstairs and got to people watch. What I saw was disgusting. Venice is hot during the summer, so sometimes tourists come into the lobby to cool off in the AC.
