We had our work Christmas meal at The Grouse and Ale The service was very attentive, food serviced well with good timing. Great atmosphere in our own private dinning space. Delicious food!! Definitely would recommend for either business or pleasure dinning.

Came back for a Sunday roast after a few months food as always is just spot on delicious and for those who like a healthy sized portion this is the place to come. The staff was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We brought along a 3-year-old and my grandmother, and they were both accommodated perfectly. It was a perfect late Christmas treat for my family. We were taken care of wonderfully and I highly recommend this restaurant. xxx

Very disappointed with our Sunday lunch. My beef was tough and grissle and my husband's stuffed pork was all stuffing. No choice of veg and small portion of 1 carrot. The cauliflower cheese was late arriving and stuck to bottom of dish. Looked large on arrival but that was due to the very large yorkshire. 10% service automatically added to bill.

We enjoyed a fantastic family meal at this restaurant for Sunday lunch right before Christmas. The atmosphere was festive and the dining area where we were seated was beautifully decorated in traditional Christmas red and green. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was incredible! It was the best Sunday roast I've had in a long time - beautifully presented, piping hot, and with generous portions.
