"What a disorganized experience. Everything from arrival to seating was fine, the carvery was decent, but the food was just average. The experience took a turn for the worse when we were abruptly asked to move our car because we were parked in the "wrong space" and needed to move "in case the kitchen received a delivery". This seemed unlikely during a busy Sunday food service. I moved the car to the road and returned to find my meal much colder than before, with no acknowledgment from the staff. To top it off, when requesting the bill, we were informed that we needed to pay at the till. This wouldn't normally be a problem, but the till was inconveniently placed in a high-traffic area between the kitchen, carvery station, bar, and restaurant. It was a hassle trying to pay as I was repeatedly told I was in the way by two staff members, one of whom was quite rude. There are definitely better-run restaurants in the area, so I would recommend avoiding the stress and chaos by dining elsewhere."

Visited last Wednesday for a carvery, it was the best I'd had, 7 meats to choose from and they aren't stingy with it. Definitely recommended.

Visited The King's Arms this afternoon as the restaurant we had intended to use for lunch was closed. Lovely, friendly welcome and the food was absolutely superb. Will definitely be back soon.

was only at the kings weapons for a meal.. wow absolutely excellent the best meal I had eaten for the old, it was seasoned and cooked to perfection when they do in the opposite of this place on their list.

Booked a Sunday Carvery and it was lovely. Plenty of choice for meat and a good selection on vegetables. Friendly staff great atmosphere. No idea on dessert as did not have the room. Highly recommended by me

very friendly people, excellent service and eating were the best we had for a long time. if they are on the broad side, it is a must to take moor in ludhan and a walk to the king’s arms, they will not be disappointed.

What can one say but what a beautiful carvery so full I might need an afternoon nap. Rest of the family enjoyed there carvery’s too. My wife had scampi and chips, the chips were over cooked but they halved the price of meal without any issues that’s the sign of good customer service. I would like to say thank you and the next time I am in the area with my family we will call in again.

What a lovely surprise this pub was! We had spent the day on a boat and we were looking for somewhere local to eat. We found this pub only 5 minutes away and they were able to accommodate a table of 9 people spontaneously. We each chose something different from the menu (sorry chef! But the food was delicious. Most plates were clean and those that weren't were just too full to finish! Lovely big menu which catered for everyone including a vegetarian, a vegan and 2 toddlers. Staff were incredibly friendly too. If we lived closer we'd definitely be back often!
