The restaurant serves a delicious mussel dish and tasty king prawns. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable.

We showed up 10 minutes before food was finished being served and the staff welcomed us in. We enjoyed a lovely meal. My husband and son said they were the best burgers. Thankyou guys.

Service and food was great. We managed to slip in a reservation and it was worth it. The steak pie was great, and it was a pie not just meat in a casserole dish with a lid. Lovely onion gravy as well.

Fantastic Roast at the Nothe Tavern, everything perfect, beef, roasties and cauliflower cheese… a small plate offered as well ideal portion for my wife, excellent staff, dog friendly and great staff…we will be back

a beautiful summer evening in the nothe tavern. we went for food, drinks and hope. but got big service and a pub quiz as extras! our top gun team has made it good! really enjoyed the evening. local and tourist mixed. personal really nice and great quiz master! many thanks x

A lovely pub and such friendly, thoughtful staff. From the phone call to check availability to bringing the food out, they couldn't have been more helpful and kind.Popped in here for a Sunday dinner during a day trip and it was one of the best I've had. Will definitely visit again next time we are down that way.

it has enjoyed only a afternoon on a local beach and a magnificent pint of forty niner in the nothe tavern, sitting on the sunny terrace above the harbour. the staff is very friendly and welcoming and made me and my dog very welcome. the merciful even brought out a comfortable bed and a cookie for the dog!. I'll be back!

Wonderful venue, we chose to sit outside as the weather was lovely , great views over the harbour. I had chicken and Chorizo tagliatelle with garlic bread and the hubby had a steak. Both meals were excellent . Great hosts and value for money would definitely recommend. In current climate you need to book for evening meals.
