The Old Orchard - Speisekarte

I ordered the tortellini which was delicious, and had sorbet for dessert. The pub is located in a lovely area and is very popular, so be sure to make a reservation!

I recently stopped at this restaurant while on a walk and tried the mushroom pie and linguine with bang bang cauliflower. Both dishes were delicious, but the pie was definitely my favorite. The menu clearly marks vegan options. The restaurant has a large garden with a water view, which was a nice touch. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

some things are better late than never right. right? I lost my memory card for what seemed like an old, and it's just complete with all my pictures of cocktails in the city. it's a night in which great bars from london come together under a dach to taste one of their best cocktails so I couldn't share it with you. one of my favorite country pubs, with magnificent views over the valley below, perfect for snooping through the open fire in winter and a sun sky garden ideal for icy drinks on a hot summer day. as all pubs should, it has a great roast (and not only offers one option.) the menu is constantly changing, but always delicious. my personal favorite is her steak and chips, go for the pfefferkornsauce and you will hear engl singing! great selection to wein and know team behind the bar.

Whilst the pub food and general ambience of the restaurant was very good and a beer garden with a view to rival the best in the land , the service speed was extremely slow considering the amount of staff they have working. One glance on trip advisor and you can see this place is living off it's reputation of 5 years ago. It's certainly a shadow of it's former self since I visited 6 years ago. Some of the staff were just chatting and laughing at the bar whilst we were waiting 20 minutes for drinks in the restaurant area next to the bar so I just ended up going to the bar and ordering myself because it was quicker. The waiters were extremely friendly so it may be that they are poorly organised...
