on Sunday with my man and two women. ashley, our server was absolutely brilliant with our 2 wee girls amd made my oldest feeling so special. Eat was nice and we will definitely be back.

Great Food.Beer,and Ambiance. And Bar ,Restaurant Staff are really welcoming,attentive,friendly. If it's all the above grab a meal and drink Price included 2 mains one free. So dont be a Tiger and be a Red Lion.

Food was excellent, staff friendly and efficient, though we had quite a wait between starters and mains ... It didn't detract from the experience though and I can highly recommend..... and we'll definitely be back. Speisekarte ansehen

Popped in to The Red Lion for late lunch and the food was delicious. I had the mac and cheese which was definitely homemade and the best I've ever tasted. Staff were lovely and the beer garden allowed us to enjoy the sunshine too. Would highly recommend.

came to lunch with some friends and family. eating is excellent. plates are very warm, eating will not be cold anytime soon. personal is very friendly, the prices are very good. thanks to the staff for a very pleasant time and experience. their food and hospitality are amazing.

Today was our first visit to the Red Lion and we are impressed. It was bright and modern inside, all the staff were helpful and friendly. The service was top class. The food, wow, massive portion sizes and tasted absolutely gorgeous. I recommend the fish and chips or rather whale and chips haha. We will definitely go again. Speisekarte ansehen

wow! ... called for work, time and I need food and this place has not disappointed...big delicious food! the place was busy so I thought long waiting times, but nope only prefect and best of all really cheap so that I was able to treat myself 3 courses and enjoyed very last bits. should I be called back for work ... it will no longer appear like a chore, as I get the opportunity to visit here and try more delicious menu dishes

First time being in the Red Lion in years and boy has it changed. Not only has it been scrubbed up nicely there’s a fantastic beer garden type area at the back. We had a meal with friends and kids under 6 and it was buzzing with it being a Saturday night. The food was top notch and great value which is saying a lot as we are a fussy bunch. Even though they were super busy the staff were lovely. Ashley in particular was very attentive. We will be regulars from now on.

if they are not recently or still to visit, the red lion is worth trying the new decor offers plenty of light with good seating areas. the menu offers an excellent value when they are one night there when the 2 courses for £10.95 is. many options with options to update if they fail something else. the front offers more of a pulsating pub feeling and back more diners, but I am happy to eat in both. they also have a good children's menu so an excellent choice when they go as a family. there are parking spaces on the back, but limited and no disabled place, so I would call forward if they can keep them a place.
