Pizzas are excellent and the surroundings are excellent. Good atmosphere but minimal selection on menu a downfall. Lovely craft beers and cocktails but very overpriced for what you get

Great, staff, good food. it does exactly what you want in a good pizza place. The only downside is it is a basement so access would be a very big issue for wheelchair users or anybody with walking issues.

We went to The Vault for the first time since before lockdown and it was amazing we had the lasagne and it was very good the service was great and there was lots of room between tables. Thanks guys so enjoyable.

Disappointed! We have been many times before but tonight was very disappointing. Food was great but the service was actually poor! We had to ask for an ice bucket after the waitress just set the wine bottle on the table. The pizzas have become extremely small! 7ins!! It’s like a starter size

We went on 04/09/21, the food and service was so good. They were so accommodating and friendly. It was my partners daughters birthday , we brought a cake and they had no issues, gave us the cake when asked and all sang Happy birthday. I have to say all the kids cleared their plates and absolutely loved it. I would definitely come back.

Pizza cocktails were great. We didn’t have to wait on service either which was a bonus We’ll return for indoor dining as the Irish weather isn’t really suited for beer gardens! Just want to point out that the review below mentions pizza in Naples.. I’ve also had pizza in Naples and although it is the best, I really doubt you’d be disappointed by the pizza at this restaurant Fries were really tasty too.

27 of us attended the vault on a Saturday evening! We had sent in a pre order so everything was more organised. The staff took the time to take a drink order from everyone, even though we all came in at different times. The staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was all lovely and served promptly! Couldn't fault it for large groups, will definitely keep it in mind for the next event!

Where to start? I rang last minute late Saturday afternoon looking a table and was fitted in. Ordered the Hawaiian-esque Honolulu with salad in the centre of the pizza (honey mustard rocket with pine nuts and Parmesan), and, disappointed on hearing tiramisu was off the dessert menu, was delighted with affogato which was its worthy replacement. The VAULT’S THIN BASE IS UNRIVALLED within ten miles of Banbridge; I’ve tried them all and the Vault is the best. The service is such a happy bunch; look out for head supervisor Marty’s whistling to the soft 80s/90s easy listening music overhead.

After being away from Banbridge for 15 years and eating pizza in many countries around the World we thought we would try to support local business by giving The Vault a go. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in our choice. We last ate pizza in a restaurant on the South Coast of England where the pizzas were fantastic; made by a top chef from Naples. Their best pizzas with finest toppings were only £9 which makes me wonder how the vault can justify £12.95 for a simple Margherita that would be more at home on the freezer shelves of Tesco.
