Very patchy and disorganised service. Good food but some of the starters/cicietis are way over priced. Granted it is a relatively new restaurant, there is a lot of scope for improvement

Excellent service and atmosphere, with beautiful decor. It would be nice to see more options on the menu, as it was somewhat limited. The tiramisu was absolutely delicious! I will definitely return! Speisekarte ansehen

Food was lovely, however service non existing. Waited for 55 minutes to be served food, no apologies, noone checked on us if we would like more tea after a wait. gave empty sugar pot and charged £22 for service charged.

tozi grand caffe was a nice restaurant, although I feel that the service could be a bit polished, it seemed a little confused and we brought drinks that we had not ordered, and it was all a little confused. that said the staff was very friendly and helpful when it was about it.

Lovely looking restaurant. Staff were attentive….apologies given when service wasn’t perfect but we didnt mind a lull in timings of drinks/meal service. Starters were good but the mains stole the show…whole sea bream, hake steak and parpadella with wild boar! Would def visit again. Speisekarte ansehen

The food was lovely and the staff friendly however this is obviously a new restaurant with people still learning. No water refills, no Parmesan cheese for our pasta, wine poured and dripped on the table cloth and dirty cutlery. Not enough biscuits with cheese and no side plates or cutlery either. All were bought when we asked but it’s just basic stuff which I’m sure will get better as everyone gets into their stride.

The appetizer took a long time to arrive, but at least it eventually did—though I had to keep asking about it. It would have been nice if they had just been honest about the wait. When the food arrived, it was lukewarm. As a gesture to apologize for the long wait, they offered us dessert on the house, but strangely, the same server who couldn't take our food order was now able to handle our dessert order. Afterward, it took forever to get the check, and I again had to find someone to take our payment. Throughout the evening, the servers were unhelpful and made me feel like an inconvenience. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The restaurant itself has the potential for a grand atmosphere...

Our visit didn’t start out so well as we struggled to find the entrance! Some better signage would be good, especially as the doors aren’t marked and look more like a goods entrance! We were seated right opposite one set of doors and since they were automated we were blasted with cold air for a while each time someone came in or left. We thought it wasn’t worth asking to move since it was busy and now where better to put us, and that things would settle once the lunch covers were all in, but then people started cutting through to use the restaurant as a short cut to get into the hotel!
