We ordered vegetarian tempura, panang curry, and phad thaiThe tempura was delish! It came with sweet chili sauceYeah, I know.

I was overcharged for my meal and was promised a follow-up about it but received no further communication. Pity, as the food was quite good.

Been here few times now after being recommended by friend who worked down road from it and was there often for lunch. service is always excellent and food is so full of flavour. Highly recommend Speisekarte ansehen

We discovered this restaurant in lockdown when looking for a Thai in town. It did not disappoint. Delicious dishes and great service. We haven’t had a meal we haven’t enjoyed yet and keep going back. If you like Thai, then definitely worth a visit or a takeaway.

A small but perfectly formed Thai restaurant with such lovely staff who can’t do enough! The food was good especially the prawn starter. Two kids, two adults, two veggies, two meat eaters and no one was disappointed. By your booze over at Sainsbury’s or bring your own so it’s an inexpensive way of eating out and enjoying the food! If you like Thai food go here if you’ve never tried it go here !

Made a takeaway order on their website, was told would be 20-30 minutes. After 40minutes passed I phoned to check progress. Communication was terrible. Couldn't get a sensible answer. Multiple calls later and still unsure why our food hadn't arrived. Eventually the food arrived after 1 hour 15 minutes, unfortunately the food needed to be microwaved as was lukewarm. I understand there are sometimes delays, but if this happens, please phone the customer to explain what's going on. The food did taste good on reheating, otherwise would have been 1 star. 5 out of 5 for the food we tried the massaman curry and noodle soup, and couldn't fault either. You should be aware the restaurant isn't licensed, so you need to bring any alcohol you want to drink (and I guess they charge corkage) fine for us, as we don't drink, and there were soft drink options. The reason I've given this 4 out of 5 is because of the booking system there's an online booking system, which indicates you're making an actual booking, but you get an automated email back saying that it's not a booking and the restaurant will confirm, which they didn't. This little gem is tucked up a quiet street just a stone’s throw from The Meadows, within a short walk of Edinburgh University’s main accommodation and teaching sites, and only a 15 20 minute walk of the Castle and the Royal Mile and it is worth the wander. While its appearance from the outside is understated, the welcome within is far from that and the food is wonderful. We enjoyed a selection of delicious Thai starters and soup, followed by some flavoursome curries, noodles and rice all in generous portions, and served with the widest of smiles. Booked a table online for 7 people and got confirmation via email to say it had been received by the restaurant. On arriving at the restaurant I mentioned my name for the booking and the time, and the server looked confused and then asked how many people it was for. She told me and my friend to wait while she set up the table. Not sure how their online booking system works but they hadn’t realised we were coming. Luckily the restaurant was empty so there was plenty room for us. We were given Thai prawn crackers while we chose our food from the menu.
