Honestly i was not expecting this great quality of food in a touristic neighbourhood. Many locals are in as well. Everything is fresh for the day. We had the fried anchovies, steak ribeye, pasta with truffle, salad, and most important is their famous desert of big malfuee.

Best steak in Rome. The appetizers are delicious, the fried porcini mushrooms, the Roman artichoke, the buffalo mozzarella always fresh... what can I say. If you want to eat well you have to try it. We had a good time here, but felt rushed. We made a reservation for 2:30. As soon as we arrived, we were told the kitchen closes at 3:00. I wish we knew this earlier. The place is very traditional (and uptight) the service was really offputting as the waiters gave off a snobbish vibe and was not very nice when we withstood their pressure to order tons of dishes. The price was on the high end, probably due to the type of customers they usually get and maybe the traditional cooking they uphold? While the dishes (such as the artichoke) were very simple yet good, we could not really enjoy the meal because how we felt like we were treated.

Non-tourist location in the heart of Rome, authentic cuisine, friendly staff, splendid location. Even if I wanted to, I wouldn't be able to find a single criticism for this Tuscan trattoria that my family and friends and I have become an indispensable place to go. At least once a month we are there. Absolutely worth trying are the grilled steak, the cacio e pepe pasta and the meatballs with sauce. The wine list is endless, there is something for all tastes and all prices. Allow me to make a special mention for the restaurant manager, if I'm not mistaken his name is Matteo, professional, kind and enthusiastic despite his young age.

Place in the center of the capital. Outside it says trattoria but inside you are greeted by staff in suits and ties. What stands out as soon as you enter is the splendid embers fueled by beech and oak wood. Tablecloths, plates and glasses rigorously personalized with Tullio 's T and truly comfortable chairs. Wide choice of wines for every budget. Menu which, given the location, winks at the many tourists present. Classic buffalo appetizer with mixed raw and fried seasonal vegetables.
