We stopped on the way to Cádiz and what a success! When we arrived, the car park was full, which is always a good sign. It was full and we had to wait half an hour. We ordered scallops, broken eggs with ham, veal entrecote and a portion of squid. We ordered some homemade desserts. I can say that the custard is the best I've ever had! We had to wait half an hour to sit down, as we have to book well early, and more if it's weekend. the dishes were well presented and correct of kitchen and quality. the retinue meat was exquisite and very well cooked with its outer crunchy point. Although they did not say it in the letter, the drop was strong and pleasant, as with a ripening point. the attention, though full, was good and on time.
