Unfortunately it looked as though they hadn't been clean and checked. We arrived just before 1pm and it looked like the aftermath of a heavy Saturday night in a bargain pub rather than the quiet setting of a country pub."

Lovely pub restaurant, been lots of times and it never lets us down. Prices on the high side but the food is cooked fresh and with quality ingredients. Well worth a visit.

I personally think they don't eat enough for what they pay! what I got was delicious, but barely veg and 2 kartoffels for a £16 roast! I wish them all good, but they need to add more kartoffels and veg to their roast menu
