Lovely experience for me and my mum, excellent vegetarian and vegan options

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights while exploring the area. Really qwerky hotel, steeped in history, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing food all freshly cooked.

We had a delicious afternoon tea here today which was truely scrumptious. I am dairy intolerant which they totally catered for and the service was brilliant. Would totally recommend and looking forward to returning. Speisekarte ansehen

Lovely set lunch in very pleasant restaurant. Mackerel x 2 to start followed by baked cod on smashed potatoes and veg plus blade of beef off the bone with puy lentils and roast veg. Tempted by desserts but resisted Would return

Food was good, however service was very disappointing and the waiting staff seemingly lost interest in providing any form of service after coming to the realisation that we were not consuming alcohol. This meant that despite the good food, the evening was slightly soured and on this basis we wouldn't return.

Spectacular evening from the moment we arrived through the door. Such a wonderful welcome with superb service. The cuisine was exquisite....every one of our seven courses was truly divine and beautifully presented. Each wine complemented the dish perfectly. Well done Matthew and team and Amelia. Fantastic little B&B with a fabulous afternoon tea and great dining. We stayed at the terrace room, which was just fabulous with gorgeous view. Moreover, the place is run by genuinely the most helpful staff I'd encountered. Thank you Gonzalo and Rachel for taking care of us so joyfully and kindly. We feel incredibly privileged and spoilt.

We were a group of friends who meet up once or twice a year for a long walk followed by a really good meal together. The Cotswold Way fulfilled the first requirement; Thw Wesley more than met the second. Eleven people must be a challenge and the chef and staff coped admirably. The meal was just perfect for both hungry walkers who want to fill up and discerning ‘foodies’ among us who are discerning diners. We all agreed the meal was absolutely delicious and a much, much higher standard than we expected. The service was excellent and atmosphere relaxed and informal. Lovely real fire when you walk in too, we would unhesitatingly recommend this restaurant to visitors to Winchcombe.

We ate at the wonderful Wesley House on two occasions during our stay in Winchcombe this October. We were actually staying at another accommodation in the town but found this place to be far superior in every way, The service was very friendly and efficient, and the food wonderful and great value for money. One of the many reasons we did not eat where we were staying was because the background music was terrible, far too loud and intrusive. Restaurants and bars that feel they really must play background, should ask The Wesley House how it is done.
