"After months away from Stortford I had a wonderful meal at Zara’s on Tuesday September. Although a wedding party was taking place the restaurant they graciously accommodated our table of eight. The service was excellent, the food exquisite. I had been looking forward...to the lamb hiri mirchi and it certainly didn’t disappoint. All the dishes were tasty and so subtly spiced and expertly prepared. A great evening was had by all."

We ate here Sunday June. The food was absolutely amazing as was the service . All reasonably priced as well. I love the decor in Zara’s and the nice chilled music.

We ate at with one other couple. We were shocked at how many people were in the restaurant and how close together the tables were. No social distancing in place. As usual the food was delicious

Had a delicious curry here. Hadn’t been to Zara for years so wasn’t sure what it would be like. Some slightly different curry choices to the usual Indian fare which made a nice change. Friendly service and a buzzy ambience considering it was a Wednesday night. Speisekarte ansehen

This was once the Robin Hood Pub on Hadham Road and the exterior is somewhat misleading. Internally it has been refurbished to an excellent level and the friendly staff and first class cuisine make for a fantastic evening out. Be sure to visit if you are in the area.

Visited here with friends and only partially enjoyed the experience. The food was pretty average and my Lamb Garam Masala was nowhere near as spicy as it should have been and the pilau rice was served lukewarm. This is obviously a very popular place to...go and the place was packed out. The waiting staff were very attentive and friendly... if only the food was as good. Shame, I had high hopes.
